What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that you can move and be tied in — form-fitting clothing like leggings, shorts, or a bodysuit works best. Avoid anything too loose, slippery, or with lots of hardware.
Can I wear lotions or body oils?
Certain lotions, body oils and scents can affect the rope. Light shea butter or jojoba oil is acceptable, otherwise, no.
Do I need to bring my own rope?
No. All ropes and materials are provided, cleaned, and conditioned. If you’d like to bring your own, you are welcome to.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions take place at Temple NY in Bushwick, Brooklyn, a private studio designed for rope and bodywork.
How do I book?
A $50 deposit sent by Venmo/Cashapp/Paypal secures your session. Times are coordinated between you, myself, and the studio. Once confirmed, you’ll receive location details and preparation guidance.
What does aftercare include?
Aftercare is personalized — this may include grounding touch, conversation, tea, or quiet rest, depending on what you need after rope.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are final and non-refundable so please plan accordingly.
Is Temple NY accessible?

What about safety and COVID precautions?
Masks are required unless you’ve tested negative within 24 hours. Hand sanitizer will be available, and please do not attend if you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed.
